The task

Based on a learning journal you keep throughout the semester, submit a report of your learning of leadership theories and practices and their applications in your life. Reflect on your learning, successful approaches, and the ones that did not work well, and provide a conclusion with suggestions for future learning strategies. 

The task details

To accomplish this CW, you will keep a learning journal that reflects on your learning practices, your comprehension of the material presented in lectures, seminars, and workshops and their applications in your daily life as well as a reflection on leadership approaches you have observed and used. You will make an entry every week with minimum of 10 entries about.  While the reflection is personal, the evaluation should be based on academic research of leadership and learning theories discussed in lectures and seminars. 

The report should cover the following areas:

• Your learning goals for this module
• The description of your progress towards your learning goals and the successes and challenges you have met along this journey
• A reflection on your learning, supported with academic sources on learning and leading
• Conclusion -  state whether your learning strategies have been successful, provide suggestions on what you could have improved and what you have learned about being a leader

Note: While the CW is personal and reflective and is based on your experience, nevertheless, a synthesis of relevant academic literature is expected. All the arguments and recommendations must be supported and justified by appropriate references from your research on leadership and learning theories.
