Practice Essay Question

Well I knew right away the subject of my research paper and just pray that I dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's. I re-read it many times and each time found areas that could stand improvement. It is funny how the trend of thinking can change between writing something and then reading it. I must say I enjoyed the essay research because the subject matter has been an area that I have truly enjoyed reading and learning about. I always use the APUS library for assistance in research as well as proper APA format regulations. It has been very enlightening over the years to learn in depth about the various styles of leadership and likely for all in this class many of them have been experienced on a personal level. For many the first experience we have with leadership starts when we start school. We all had good and bad teachers or so we perceived it as so, this was due to varying leadership styles. Also for many of us in this class we have a military background and thus have had a double dose of varying styles. Funny how we all can have a different reaction to stress and pressures and good leaders in my opinion see that and use it for good. I know teachers alter their approaches based on students ability and personality. This can also be true with our children. I have four children and they are all very different. Throughout my studies for my BBA and my MBA it has been a real pleasure to learn more about leadership styles.
