Renee is a 16 year old female, with a troubled home life. When the tension and stakes are at large, Renee turns to Juvenile delinquency--truancy--drug use--prostitution--and runs away.
The judge would like to keep Renee out of the juvenile justice system--jail. He wants to see her SUCCEED, BUT understands her home life is troubled. He wants to consider her safety as well as the community.
