n your own words, comment: "Lean methodology for a company mandates that precise planning be conducted in order to have a successful lean manufacturing process. Planning consists of the organization justifying the reasoning behind implementing lean methodology, and dive into what is required for transformation for these processes. Executive leadership is highly invested in the success of implementing lean manufacturing. Executives are motivated to find ways to eliminate waste by analyzing current processes and finding where waste is created. Lean process improvement is measured through a range of tools, procedures and strategies. Realistic goals can help achieve lean process improvements. A way to help achieve these goals is specialization within lean manufacturing as one can control the process for a specific product or service that is being focused on. Two key indicators that would measure the success of this process would be monitoring one's own achievements to assess the progress and comparing their progress with the competitors. The efficiency of the lean methodology can be determined by one monitoring how others change their behaviors in order to prioritize profitability and produce a safer environment for all."
