This blog is by James Clear, a business journalist, author, and blogger who studies successful people across a wide range of disciplines. The author developed an "Integrity Report" he annually published for some time. For this assignment, students are expected to develop a personal leadership Integrity Report by reviewing the foundation of who a leader (basic) is as well as the leader you aspire to be.

 

A successful submission will integrate the various aspects of effective leadership presented in this course. Suggestions include:

 

a) what does it mean to be a leader,
b) how to evolve from a manager to a leader,
c) goals for improving communication abilities, and
d) specific tactics to gain respect and influence.
