We delved into the concept of change. We know that change requires effort. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. But what are the key elements that lead to success? What are the most common things that cause us to go wrong? In this discussion forum, you will explore some of the most common mistakes that cause change efforts to fail.
