You have a successful background in leadership training and organizational development consulting. You have just been hired to serve as a leadership training and development consultant for a large Fortune 500 water filtration and services company. The firm is very political, has a lot of hierarchical structure, centralized decision-making, lacks diversity, and operates in functional departments. The organization's leaders have attempted to embrace teamwork, but they usually end in failure.
