With the rise of the virtual working environment, organizations and teams today are becoming increasingly dispersed and diverse. However, the understanding of leadership effectiveness of virtual teams/organizations lacks behind. You are now (or will soon be) the experts of the trait, skills, behavioral and situational approaches of leadership!
