Engineer Interview Assignment

As a participant in this course, you are learning about the application of leadership skills in an engineering environment. We have found it helpful for many students to interview an engineering leader to hear first hand how the lessons in this course relate to real on-the-job engineering leaders.

In this assignment, you will use a set of interview questions provided to engage with an engineering leader of your choice, and then draw your own conclusions regarding areas where you might want to devote further effort in order to become a better leader. There is a template and rubric attached below.

The template contains instructions for the paper. Please insert your writing materials in the appropriate spaces, and delete the instructions as you do so. Please submit your paper as a pdf file. Your final paper should be between 3-5 pages in length. Your submission will be evaluated by other learners using the rubric provided below. Because this paper will be reviewed by other students, you may wish to withhold certain pieces of personal information to preserve your privacy.
