The ability for today's leaders to mentor their employees is becoming more common than ever. Leadership is not merely a top-down relationship. Rather, it is a continuous flow of information traveling both up and down the chain of command. Understanding generational differences is a necessity for today's leaders, given the multiple generations that comprise the workforce. Leaders must learn how to motivate their employees in order to maximize efficiency. One way this is accomplished is through mentoring. In your discussion, complete the following items: Research a peer-reviewed article related to leadership in a multi-generational aviation workforce. How can a leader use information about the multi-generational aviation workforce to mentor employees?
