Create Managerial/Leadership Duties for an Existing or Fictional Organization

For this assignment, pick an existing or fictional sport organization at the minor league level (AHL, MILB). Next, you will construct an organizational chart of likely employees at the organization - these can easily be made in Word or PowerPoint but you are welcome to use another program as long as I can open the file extension. Then, using Table 2.2 as a guide, create managerial and leadership profiles for each employee, explaining what managerial duties each person is likely to perform and which leadership duties each person is likely to perform. Your submission for this assignment will include the chart and the profiles. Research for this assignment might include interviewing people at different organizations.
