Your Personal Best. What do they mean to you? It does not mean the things one does on a regular basis. What it means is over and above. What did an individual do that made a difference? How did one add value and make things better?
Identify three things of this nature - over and above, you have done and implemented in healthcare work environment linked to leadership and share the impact. What are these are things done since you did in the past. What impact did you have? How was your impact recognized?
Your post should have the three actions that were taken and about impact.
1. Did you share your book with anyone at work? Hold a book discussion or training (leaders are learners and teachers)
2. Did you identify a challenge (with a team project, a process or other) and engage others for resolution? (Leaders see thing first and focus action towards resolution even if they are not in charge (using influence)
3. Did you work with your Manager/supervisor on building a Leadership Development Plan that will support your goals and theirs? (Leadership development is how you sharpen your saw (7 habits) and keep the growth mindset)
4. Did you work with another part of the business (maybe your stakeholders) to create better ways to support each other - communicate, better results? (leaders focus on working relationships and work to help them work better)
