Leadership development plan via visiting leadership theories, praxes, and as well as global context issues. Critically examining your vision and strategy of where you see yourself going, you are to identify your strengths, opportunities for personal and professional development, and why those opportunities are important. You are to also design a development strategy and roll it out for a minimum of 2-3 years. In other words, what are the steps you will take and why.

You are to substantiate your propositions by a review of at minimum 10 peer-reviewed journal articles that are foundational to your plan. Also required are proper citation, cover page and reference page. However, it is required that all citations to the literature are cited within the body of the paper also.
