These are the two : Business Ethics the moral principle that act as the guidelines for the way a business conducts business. Morals referring to our own philosophies of what is right and what is wrong. Values are beliefs and ideas that are socially enforced. Ethics behavior or decision made within a group's values.

Ethical Leadership leading by example. Leaders that are honest, fair and unjust. They work off the principles,values and beliefs by conducting themselves in a respectful manner. They aim to create a ethical working culture.
