Brett has just taken over as the leader of an Employeer Satisfaction Committee. The committee is responsible for administering confidential employee satisfaction surveys, compiling the survey results and making recommendations of to the Human Resource department, based on survey results. Brett is replacing the previous leader, who was let go after stealing all of the Employee Satisfaction Committee meeting notes and selling them to the CEO of the company. Based on information obtained from these meeting notes, the CEO fired several ES Committee members. Although both the old group leader and the CEO have been fired, the Employee Satisfaction Committee members are very distrustful of the new new leader and his motives and the true purpose of the group. Develop a multi-strategy plan Brett can use to develop a sense of trust in this group. Be sure to incorporate concepts from the text and lecture in your plan.
