Task:
This is for a Senior HR Director at a non-profit organization.
Lead Safety and Compliance Initiative/ Includes Required Training
As a Leader of the Safety and Compliance Initiative, focus on ensuring that Family Focus is adhering to the guidelines and safety protocols established by OSHA and the State of Illinois. Ensure that the employs comply and confirm that the employees are adhering to the Code of Conduct by completing an annual required training. Continue to ensure that the required training is up to date and designate an employee in each department to be the lead in instructing the guidelines and procedures.

Objective: By working with appointed team leaders (goal), employees should know the proper procedures and safety guidelines to ensure that, when necessary, the correct actionable fulfilled steps accordingly to the standards (laws) established in the work place (criterion), the actions will take place on a semi-annual time frame each year with and our in 100% compliance with the law
All safety and compliance initiatives are based on federal employment law and OSHA guidelines. OSHA training such as emergency action planning, first aid training and COVID19 return to work guidelines are mandatory. Federal HR Law guidelines such as FLSA - overtime guidelines and whistle blower policy and sexual harassment training are required. All trainings are annual training or as per Illinois Employment Law.
Rationale:
My objective of having employees work with the team leaders while participating in mandatory annual OSHA training for emergency action planning based on the federal employment and OSHA guidelines. Also, employees will review the Federal HR Law Guidelines which include but not limited to FLSA, overtime guidelines, whistle blower policy, and sexual harassment training to fulfill the required annual trainings per the Illinois Employment Law. Each employee will only have two opportunities to pass the required exams.
