A law enforcement mission in Lagos Nigeria was completed in the community in a large division between the rich and poor. There seemingly was no middle class as we would define the middle class. Crime among the poor was very high as far as street crime and delinquency. Looking at our country do you think that poverty causes delinquency and it seems that the middle class is eroding, if so do you believe that an increase in delinquency is inevitable in this country?
