In the recent COVID-19 pandemic, there are many challenges to big companies including your company, SONIZ International Berhad.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, said that in order to comply to latest standards operation procedure (SOP) by the government, there will be several changes that will occur within the company. These implementations include:

a. All staff are required to work from home (WFH).

b. Meetings and programmes will be conducted virtually.

c. Employees who have difficulties with their internet connection, may contact the HR department.

d. All these compliances are subject to change from time to time.

As the manager of the human resource department, you are required to write a memorandum to be disseminated to all staff about the above-mentioned measures, reasons why such changes are implemented and the help that will be offered.
