Working at the airport and having different cultures working together has always had a language translation problem but we try to work through that by having mentors who can speak the person's language and help train them. I also think that some supervisors should get to take company paid language classes to help with the employee-management relationship. I have also wanted the airport to offer everyone an electronic translator they could hang on their necks for communication with people who cannot speak or understand English.
