As you can see from the graph, lack of training is the most significant reason for turnover, with 41% of respondents identifying it as a factor. Unmet expectations and dissatisfaction with the work environment were also significant contributors, at 24% and 22%, respectively. On the positive side, 32% of respondents liked the job's flexibility, 29% appreciated the ability to rotate through stations, and 24% valued the opportunity for career advancement.
