Most corporate websites are informative, but lack customer interaction. Thus, a blog is the best way for a business to put its voice out there on a regular basis. The idea is to attract people to the blog, not to promote the business. Answer the following qestions.
1. Identify one of your favoite products. (For example, you might choose Nike athletic shoes. Do NOT select phones.)
2. Identify the company's blog. (For example, search for "Nike blog".)
3. What is the name of the blog?
4. What is the address (URL -- Uniform Resource Locator)?
5. Note whether or not the blog allows customer interaction. (How can customers interact without commenting? Does the blog allow pictures to be uploaded? How can customers interact with the brand?)
6. Who writes the blog? (Identify the name and position, etc. about this person.)
7. What have you learned from visiting this blog?
8. How does this blog inform your thinking about management?
