Estimate the direct cost of materials, equipment and labor for wood forms for a concrete foundation wall of a building whose outside dimensions are 46 ft. 6 in. wide, 88 ft. 0 in. long, 9 ft. 8 in. high, and 9 in. thick. Concrete will be vibrated as it is placed at the rate of 6 ft/hour under minimum temperature of 70 F

Use 3/4 in. plywood for sheathing and 2"x4" lumber for studs and wales.

Assume that the lumber can be used 5 times.

3,000-lb form ties are available.

Assume that 10 lb of nails will be required per 1,000 fbm

Form oil will be applied at the rate of 400 sf/gal

A power saw will be used at the rate of $3.75/hour
