Assignment -

Need to create a lab report just like the attached sample.

Lab - Water Quality testing III: Multiplex PCR Analysis for Water Contaminants

Objective - In this experiment, students will use the Polymerase Chain Reaction to  detect several waterborne microorganisms simultaneously.

Study Question -

1. What is non-point water pollution? Why it is important of this type of pollution?

2. List and describe the three steps of PCR. How can PCR be used to monitor water contamination?

3. What are coliform bacteria? If a water sample tests positive for coliforms, what action should be taken and why?

4. What is Giardia?

Note - Lab report will be based on the information in attached "Lab manual".
