Need to create a lab report just like the attached sample.

Lab - The Effect of Alcohol on Caenorhabditis elegans

Objective - The objective of this experiment is to observe and record the effects of alcohol on normal and alcohol mutant strains of C. elegans.

Questions -

Answer the following questions -

1. Do different size of worms react differently to alcohol exposure? Why?

2. For the C. elegans - Normal worms, at what alocohol concentration do the worms start to show some effect?

3. At what concentration do the worms appear intoxicated (less control over movement)?

4. Is there a difference in the movement between the Normal and Alcohol resistance worms?

5. What is the effect of exposure to high alcohol concentrations on the C. elegans - Normal strain (10% for 30 minutes)?

6. How do these results apply to humans?
