He has recently been approached by the Human Resource Manager, for the company, to discuss a promotion he is in line for. He has already been advised that there would only be a slight increase in his current salary for this promotion and that the promotion will require he take on more supervision of co-workers and responsibility. Roger is outraged when he sees how much he receives in relation to his other co-workers. Even with his promotion he will not be receiving equal pay for the work he is doing within the organization. Roger also notices that there has been a bonus given over the past three months to to every employee, even those that have been with the company for less than six months. Roger believes that his direct supervisor detests his sexual orientation. Roger has discussed this situation with you based on your knowledge of human resource management policies and is wondering what he should do? Roger is thinking about sending an email blast out company wide disclosing the information he has discovered. What do you suggest?
