I have gained and enhanced valuable knowledge about human resource management during the course. The legal HR environment was one of the essential concepts that stuck out to me. I was unaware of the magnitude of the legal environment's significance. Multiple fundamental laws regulate wages, pensions, unemployment compensation, discrimination, and disability. However, these are only a few of the laws that human resources must adhere to function correctly.

I intend to utilize the human resources legal context concepts in my future role. I would guarantee that my department complies with federal, state, and industry regulations and best practices. Additionally, educating them on changes in a timely manner. Finally, I will ensure that all employees are knowledgeable and compliant with applicable workplace standards. It is critical for my future self as an HR manager to be fully aware of all applicable regulations governing human resource management.
