• Assessment activities can be completed either in real workplace environment or in a simulated environment such as your classroom. In both cases, appropriate evidence of the assessment activities must be provided.

Instruction to Assessors:

• You must assess student's assessment according to the provided Marking Criteria.
• You must complete and record any evidence related to assessment activities including role-plays and presentations using appropriate forms which must be attached with student assessment submission.
• You must provide students with detailed feedback within 10 working days from submission.

Use the checklist below to undertake the audit and note your findings. The checklist provides an insight into some of the issues the business may wish to consider as part of their KM activities.

Once you have completed the audit, develop a report that:

• identifies learning needs and defines plans and implement learning activities to enable personnel to use information or knowledge management system including:

» providing human, financial and physical resources as required
» using of coaching, mentoring, information sessions, workshops, training programs and e- learning as appropriate

• monitors performance and addresses issues and contingencies as noted including:

» accessing technical specialists as required
» correcting application of policies and procedures for the information or knowledge management system

» aligning and ensuring effectiveness of the policies and procedures

» ensuring effectiveness of information or knowledge management system for intended outcomes

• Recommends improvements to systems, policies and practices as appropriate.
