Olivia is the Human Resources Director at 'First Financial' a midsized bank and she is also the host of a successful podcast on human resources and enjoys having people come on her show to talk about the human resources industry. She allows the conversation to happen and feels that any topic is a fair topic. During one of her podcasts, she had invited a guest who began talking about how bad affirmative action is. Affirmative action refers to policies and hiring of people who are under represented in an organization such as women, ethnic groups, disabled groups etc. The guest said that he did not believe in affirmative action because you are only hiring based on a group and not qualification of the candidate. The guest became quite controversial using terms that were not appropriate and offensive. Olivia knows that some of her listeners would be offended but that she also said she would allow topics to be discussed. She is deciding what to do
