Kinesiology and My Wellness
Directions: Here are three questions that need to be answered with substantial thought. Take your time and put some critical thought into each question. Explore each one and dive into it. Articulate your thoughts thoroughly and cogently. One or two sentence answers will NOT result in a good grade.
1. When someone mentions the word "Kinesiology" to you, what do you think of? How would you describe Kinesiology in layman's terms? If you had to teach a class on Kinesiology, how would you describe it? How would you define / explain / articulate the term?
2. In regards to physical activity, how important is it to you? How active are you? What are some behavioral modifications you can do to become more physically active?
3. In regards to your wellness, pick 3 of the following areas and explain what you need to do to improve this particular area of your life. Be SPECIFIC and BE THOROUGH.
