You have returned home after finishing your study of hotel management abroad.

You have acquired a hotel (or restaurant) with a long tradition of difficult management in your hometown.

Officials who have invested in your hotel hope to keep the hotel (or restaurant) tradition and make operating profits in a short time. On the other hand, when a new management entity emerges, rival hotels (or restaurants) in the neighborhood are also interested, and there is information that existing employees are also a little anxious.

1.What kind of personnel management strategy will you take after acquiring a hotel (or restaurant)?

2. As a result of the management audit after the acquisition of the hotel, you are hiring more people than we need to compare to sales revenue. Give your opinion on how to solve the surplus manpower.

3.I've heard there is an attempt to take the core talent of your hotel (or restaurant)
from a nearby competitive hotel. In order to protect the core talent, you are trying to suggest some methods or measures. Specifically, what measures will be proposed to those core talents?

4. The hotel has a long tradition, so the employees have relatively long service years, so the labor costs are said to be high than other hotels. Take a concrete example of how there are ways to reduce the proportion of labor costs in order to secure adequate operating income.
