Did you know that Jesus quoted the book of Deuteronomy more than any other book in the Old Testament. In fact, Jesus used the book of Deuteronomy in his own personal life more than any other book in the Old Testament. An example of this is when Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness at the start of his ministry for forty days, where he was tempted by the devil. Read Luke 4:1-13 and notice the three passages from Deuteronomy that Jesus quotes as ammunition against the enemy. After reading this passage and the correlating passages in Deuteronomy answer the following questions.
