Choose a key stakeholder relationship to evaluate and enhance.

The stakeholder relationship for this task might be between you and other key person from a different area, or between your team and another team where you need to work effectively together.

1. Ask the stakeholder for feedback on how they would evaluate the effectiveness of your joint working relationship. To do this you could meet to ask questions exploring their perspective on your working relationship and record their feedback. Or you could develop a survey for them to complete.

2. What feedback did you receive on issues they experience or what could be improved?

3. From this feedback evaluate the relationship from your perspective.

4. Identify areas of potential improvement and explain what steps you will take to address one or more of these areas to strengthen your chosen stakeholder relationship.
