Objectives

This assessment relates to the unit learning outcomes as in the unit descriptor. This assessment is designed to evaluate student's ability to identify the key phases of projects and to successfully manage the projects by using various IT project management tools and techniques. In this individual assignment, you will make a presentation on applying IT project management knowledge to the given case study and on developing project management proposals and plans.

INSTRUCTIONS

In this assignment you will use the IT project management knowledge area and the tools used in project initiation and planning to prepare the presentation according to Case Study below. Make sure to analyze the project management parameters and identify the actors relevant to the case study and mention the project scope, constraints, and assumptions.
The presentation must include:

Business Case:

A new foreign educational organization is launching its business operations here in Australia and New Zealand.They want to create a student application system applicable to both campuses and have recruited you as a project manager. They have already leased campus spaces for both campuses, but the registration office requires to be furnished with equipment including the heating and computer devices.
