You will create a mini orientation session, no more than 15 minutes. In your mini orientation session, you will provide the following:
An overview of your organization. (You may use any type of organization for your presentation.)
An agenda for your orientation
Introduction of key personnel that the employee will meet or encounter during their first few weeks on the job. Ensure to note that a facility tour will take place.
Include 2 policies which you have researched and believe should be included in your orientation. They may be any type of policy relevant to your chosen organization.
Review of and completion of job-related documents ( simply list which documents you have already received and have been completed)
Review a minimum of three key performance indicators expected for this job and why they are important.
Review how follow up will be managed for the new hire. How can they provide feedback or how and when they will receive feedback?
You may include any other areas you feel are important for your mini orientation. Ensure you observe the time limit though.
