This conditions, including osteoarthritis particularly prevalent among individuals over 45 years old, significantly impact mobility, self-confidence, work performance, and daily activities. Moreover, the most effective method in preventing and treating such musculoskeletal issues in through maintenance of a healthy weight and conducting physiotherapy or exercise regularly, targeting the affected area.
