  • Observed regularities of behavior in the relationship between people, such as the language used and the rituals of behavior and deferences.
  • The norms revolve around the workgroups, such as the norm of working what is due for a fair wage.
  • The dominant values ??adhered to by an organization, such as product quality or low prices.
  • The philosophy that guides the organization's policy towards its employees and consumers.
  • The rules of the game to stay in the organization; the "strings" that the new employee must learn to pull in order to be accepted.
  • The environment or climate in an organization is due to the physical distribution and the way in which its members relate to each other, to consumers, or to outsiders.
