One of the key elements of being an effective business communicator is the ability to “see the other side” of any discussion. There are always two sides to every position and most people are reasonably intelligent and at least somewhat thoughtful. So, how is that two people from the same culture can come to two completely different conclusions on a topic? Don’t believe me? Just put a Democrat and a Republican in a room and watch them claw each other’s eyes out!

Whether you agree with the “other” side or not, you need to understand it. So here is your chance to see both sides.
