Keeping your audience's' attention is important when presenting. Keeping eye contact and varying your voice are keys to keeping your audiences attention. We have all sat through presentations in which the speaker's voice did not change. Painful, wasn't it? Now think about a presentation in which you felt like you gained something out of it. What was it about the presentation that captured your attention? Was it the topic or the speaker? If it was the speaker, what did he/she do to capture your attention and keep it?
