Next, piggy back on last week's (chapter 12) focus on the right to counsel and discuss the two prong test for an ineffective assistance of counsel. With this as background, analyze the actions of the prosecutor and Dee's attorney in the movie for this week and determine whether there are any violations based upon their conduct. Be specific in your discussion regarding the behaviors you identified as being acceptable or unacceptable.

Question 2) Provide notes on the movie and keep track of the criminal justice issues (not social issues or relationship issues, but legal issues) you identify and take note of how they are addressed in the movie. Reflect upon what the rule of law is and whether the rule of law was followed by the government with respect to Dee and other characters in the movie. (In other words, were there constitutional violations? Where and how?)
