Director of Atlantis Leisure for the purposes of this assessment assume that you are the global HR operations group, a uk-based group that owns hotels, erstaurants, theme park, and has joint venture operations in a budget aieline, and a car rental company. The businesses span the uk, mainland europe, the americas, the middle east, the indian sub-continent, with a recent foray into china snd south-east asia

Conscious of the fact that the group is growing, operates in diverse industries, and across various cultures the board has decided that a global i strategic hr initiative must be considered

As the global hr director, you have been asked to write a report for the board, detailing your idea to address the kay HR issues that the global initiative should address

Your report should address:

(a) talent acquisition,

(b) talent retention,

(c) employee engagement,

(d) the changing nature of work and work/life balance,

(e) remuneration and benefits.

(f) Gender balance in srnior management (women are currently underrpresented, being only 22% of senior managers; whereas at lower they represent 55% of your workforce)
