One important aspect of medical diagnoses is it's free reproducibility. Suppose that two different doctors examine 100 patients for dyspnea in a respiratory disease clinic and Dr. a diagnosed 15 patients as having dyspnea, Dr. be diagnosed 10 patients is having dyspnea, and both Dr. a and Dr. be diagnosed seven patients is having dyspnea.

Question: Compute the Kappa statistic and its standard error reading reproducibility of the diagnosis of dyspnea in this clinic.
