Task Description

Develop and justify a plan to realign an aspect of your workplace (from Assessment 2) with the aim to introduce an alternative professional practice model for older people which builds staff knowledge and capability. Identify strategies to assist the implementation of the model using an adaptive leadership approach and current regulatory and policy influences relevant to the environment. The plan must also identify benefits of the model for older clients and staff in the context of your service and practice.
