Question - On January 1, 2019, PT Omicron Co issued Bonds worth Rp.12,000,000, 10% interest, 15 years old. Bond dated January 1, 2019 and sold at a rate of 98%.

Required -

1. Journalize the bond issuance on January 1, 2019.

2. Prepare Bond presentation in the Statement of Financial Position as of December 31 2020 (calculate first the amount of discount amortization until by December 31, 2020).

3. On January 1, 2022, the company repaid the bond with rate 102. Journalize interest payments and journal payments (calculate the carrying value first).
