Review the literature on leadership and apply it to a practical leadership style of an organization.

(i) Using at least five (5) Journal articles research key Leadership styles that are used globally.

(ii) Select a leader in your organization or community and critically examine which leadership style does he or she exhibits and does it relate to any of the leadership styles reviewed in (i) above.

(iii) Critically analyze why the leadership style is advantageous or disadvantageous for the organisation/community
