A short case about a job applicant who is very brilliant in all ways, top student in class, able to do the work except that he is shy, having communication problem. For job applying, he got through and pass the exam but fail in the interview. The chairman of the company is however involved. The chairman knew the applicant and know the characteristic of the applicant. The chairman however recommends to recruit this applicant, knowing that this applicant can do the job. What ethical issue involve in these job application process. Do you think there is justice or consideration involve in employing the applicant. Give your views.
