Makes good sense, I can state exactly what terms I want in these contracts and won't have to worry about customer complaints at all - as long as I am happy with the standard of my work, that's all that matters. I have been careful not to include any time limits too - then I can take as long as I want with the work. I can also just stick an exclusion clause in there and cover my back for any liability if I do anything wrong.
