Kim, the new night manager, comes in to get ready for the evening shift. She offers to help Sook by counting the drawer receipts but suggests they relocate to the business office in the back area. On the way through the back of the house, Sook stops at the loading dock to talk to a chef who is leaving for the day. Kim takes the cash drawer from Sook and unlocks the office. She begins counting the contents of the drawer. When Sook enters and offers to help, Kim hands her a stack of bills and says, "Here - - tell me if you get $620.00 for this pile."
