Assessment Description -

Deploy and create e-business solutions for an enterprise of your choice to manage an Export-Import business using an open source CRM. You will participate in the workshop activities from week 6 to 10 to solve some part of this project. You are expected to complete the rest on your own. You will submit a PowerPoint file containing screen shots of your enterprise, implemented using the CRM software. On the due day demonstrate how you used the software to manage the features of your enterprise and answer viva questions. See the document titled "AIH - Project Details ISY3004 2019T1.pdf" for further details on the project.

Project Details -

This unit has a project assessment item (A2). You are required to deploy and run an e-business application for a fictitious enterprise of your choice in your project. For example, your enterprise could be to manage an Export-Import business of shoe wear or jewellery or clothes or food items. You will work in groups of two students and should choose a suitable enterprise to manage using any free to use CRM software. Each group should choose a different enterprise. Some examples of CRM software you may consider are Zohoi (this has a 3-user free online service), Magentoii (this has a limited version open source) or SuiteCRMiii or any other tool of your choice. My recommendation is to use SuiteCRM since it is a fully open source CRM which can be installed on your local machines. Moreover, if you learn how to deploy and use such a system on your own you can quickly develop business applications when you enter the workforce. This document specifies the requirements of the project.

HI, Please find the attachments for the assignment requirement. Firstly choose the enterprise by your own choice an example is in the project details. For CRM my recommendation is to use "Suite CRM". There are 10 features that you have to apple in making of e business application software. There should be more and more screenshots of making application using CRM and about 20-24 slides of PowerPoint and should be notes of detailed description that our group can present well and rubrics in pdf as well. And i need CRM login details so i can give a demo to my teacher and use the free Version. Any question please let me know.
