Controle is the chauffeur and personal assistant of Mr. Loaded, General Manager of Winners plc. in Highbury, London. After an office party on 20th December, Mr. Loaded asks Controle to drive his girlfriend, Alana, straight to her flat in Chelsea as she has had too much to drink. Alana insists on sitting in the front seat, contrary to the wishes of Controle.
