Your manager has appointed you to examine the issues of management control. A clearer explanation of what it is, how it works, and who is responsible is needed. Be sure to use a review of the literature to prepare a detailed analysis. Search for scholarly articles that will help you to address the following:

  • Explain the impact of feedback system on quality control.
  • Identify the major strengths and flaws in the feedback control system.
  • Determine if the feedback control system works best in hierarchical or decentralized approaches to management. Explain your response, as supported by your research.

Support your paper with minimum of three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages
